This website www.chinesport.es (from now on, the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies.
Therefore, Chinesport s.p.a. (from now on, the "Company"), with offices in Via Croazia, 2. 33100, Udine , contact privacy@chinesport.it, as the controller of your personal data, has the intention to inform you properly about the tools present in the website, about how they are used and about how to manage them, even for disabling them.
This Cookie Policy (from now on, "Cookie Policy") comprehends the Privacy Policy adopted by the Company in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), which you may consult by clicking here or by following the link at the bottom of every page of the website itself.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files which are downloaded to the user’s device when surfing the web. At each subsequent visit they are sent back to the website that originated them (first-party cookies) or they can be sent back to other domains or external parties (third-party cookies).

Cookies can be used for different purposes, for example to make it easier saving the preferences about the visited websites; to allow you to navigate efficiently among the pages; to remember the favourite sites; to improve the user’s browsing experience, in general; to ensure that advertising content displayed be centred on the user’s interests.

3. Types of cookies and legal basis

Depending on their duration, they can be session/temporary cookies, if they expire or they are deleted when closing the browser otherwise they can be persistent cookies, which are those with a longer expiration term.

As already mentioned, cookies can be the owner’s, if they are directly related to the domain of the website and, therefore, to the Company or they can be third-party cookies, if they are placed directly by third parties and used for the purposes and according to the procedures arranged by them. Third-party cookies are, thus, installed by an external party, which is defined as "third party" and they are not managed by the website.
Regarding the nature of cookies, there are different types:

a) Technical Cookies allow the user to browse through a webpage, or to provide a service requested by the user. Technical cookies are not used for any other purposes and are installed directly by the manager of the website. Navigation or session cookies ensure the normal browsing and use of the website. They are actually necessary for the correct functioning of the website;

b) Analytical cookies, along with technical cookies are used by the manager of the website to collect information, in aggregate form, about the number of users and about how they browse the website, in order to improve the performances of the website itself;

c) Functional cookies, allow the user to browse according to a number of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for the purchase) in order to improve the service offered by the website.

d) Profiling Cookies,
Their goal is to create profiles regarding single users and they are used to send advertisements which correspond to the preferences shown by the user during browsing the internet.

At last, cookies can be classified as essential or non-essential.

Essential cookies are those used only to allow the user to browse the website without any problems. Among the essential cookies we have the technical cookies for navigation and those for functioning. Due to their very nature in order to ensure the use of the website, the user’s consent is not necessary for installing such cookies.

Non-essential cookies, on the other hand, are the ones which are not included in the definition of essential cookies, for example, the ones used to analyse the users’ behaviour when browsing the website or profiling cookies.

For the use of such cookies it is necessary to have the user’s consent.

The lack of consent for non-essential cookies does not affect in any way the normal functioning of the website. It only hinders the use of the specific functions for which the single cookies were programmed.

The following chart is a summary of the types of cookies and their legal basis.

Category Types of Cookies Legal basis for their treatment
Essential Cookies Technical Cookies Allow a better performance of the website, i. e. implement a contract joined by the user, as well as, take into account pre-contract arrangements adopted as requested by the user
Functional Cookies
